- Tourism Business License (SIUP Pariwisata): We hold a valid, up-to-date tourism business license issued by the Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Kemenparekraf), authorizing us to conduct tour and travel operations throughout Indonesia.
- Tax Identification (NPWP): Our company is a registered taxpayer with a Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP), and we are fully compliant with all Indonesian tax regulations.

Marine & Vessel Compliance

- Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS): We ensure all vessels are equipped with SOLAS-compliant safety gear, including certified life rafts, Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacons (EPIRB), life jackets, and fire suppression systems.
- Crew Certification: All captains and key crew members hold valid certifications from the Indonesian government, such as Ahli Nautika Tingkat (ANT) for deck officers and Ahli Teknika Tingkat (ATT) for engineers. All crew are certified in Basic Safety Training (BST).
