You arrive into Labuan Bajo airport (LBJ) on the morning ferry-flight from Bali Denpasar (DPS), our driver collects you from the airport, and you board the yacht at the Marina Komodo jetty by 12:00. Variant Two — The Six-Day Pink Beach Plus Vow Renewal Voyage

The six-day variant is the photographically richest of the three for guests prioritising the wedding-album gallery and the optional vow-renewal ceremony. You board in Labuan Bajo at 12:00 on day one, the voyage runs the same Padar-Pink-Beach-Manta-Point opening sequence as the four-day, and on day three the captain anchors at Pink Beach for the vow-renewal ceremony staging. The florist arrives at the beach at 06:00 with frangipani, white lily, and palm-foliage arrangements; the celebrant arrives by 09:00 (the Catholic priest from the Ruteng diocese, the Hindu pemangku from Bali, or your nominated officiant); the photographer covers the ceremony at 10:00; and the chef serves a celebration luncheon on the foredeck under a white-canvas pavilion. Variant Three — The Eight-Day Editorial Voyage

The eight-day editorial voyage is the full atelier configuration. The route extends beyond the standard Komodo National Park rotation to include the southern islands of Rinca and Nusa Kode (rarely visited by standard liveaboard charters because the southerly swell complicates the mooring), the eastern reef at Crystal Rock, and a dedicated photography day at the Komodo dragon ranger post in Loh Buaya with extended ranger access. Every captain on our partner fleet holds a current Indonesian harbour-master credential, the SIUPAL operating licence, and a minimum of seven years’ commercial Komodo experience. The deckhands hold MMD seafarer credentials with current rescue swimmer training. The chefs are graduates of either the Surya Internasional Hotel School or the Bali Culinary Pastry School with previous service in five-star resort kitchens. A thirty-percent deposit secures the vessel. The remaining balance is due thirty days before embarkation. Cancellation policy: full refund minus a US$185 bank-handling fee for cancellations more than ninety days before embarkation; deposit converts to an eighteen-month future-date credit for cancellations between ninety and thirty days; partial credit inside thirty days. Lead Time and Seasonality

Komodo’s dry-season window — May through October — is the photogenic peak and the high-demand booking period. Shoulder seasons (November and April) accept bookings two to three months ahead.
